How to restore a building after a broken pipe?

Large scale flooding is cannot be avoided sometimes. This facility had a pipe break that flooded a couple of floors, rendering many of the rooms unusable. The insurance company wanted the job cleaned as quickly as possible to keep from having to use too much "business interruption" allocated money.

SERVPRO of Ozone Park / Jamaica Bay were happy to do what was necessary for the building to be dry and repaired. Working around the clock we were able to remove the bulk of the water in the rooms using extractors. We then placed our drying equipmen to get rid of any other moisture in the building materials.
